1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AI Education Platform (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Definitions
- Platform: The AI Education Platform operated by AI Education Canada
- User: Any individual accessing or using the Platform
- Content: Educational materials, courses, tutorials, and resources related to Artificial Intelligence
- Learning Materials: Digital resources, videos, interactive modules, and assessments provided on the Platform
3. Eligibility
- Users must be at least 13 years old
- Users between 13-18 require parental or guardian consent
- Users must provide accurate and current registration information
4. User Obligations
4.1 Users agree to:
- Use the Platform for educational purposes only
- Maintain account confidentiality
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Engage respectfully with other users

9. Dispute Resolution

- These terms are governed by the laws of Canada

- Unresolved disputes may proceed to mediation or arbitration
10. Service Termination

- Users may terminate their account at any time
